Shipping and Delivery Guidelines


Delivery is safe, fast and guaranteed in time for your big day.

Packages will be addressed discretely to the customer at the specified address with no recognisable branding or markings for security reasons.

Delivery
At Elma Jewellery we offer a range of delivery options to suit.

Standard UK delivery
Standard delivery is free on orders over £50, and costs £2.99 for orders under £50.

Orders placed Monday to Friday should arrive in 2 - 4 days .Orders placed Friday after 12pm or at the weekend should arrive within 2 - 4 days (excluding Sundays).

2-3 days UK Special Delivery - £10
With this option you’re Guaranteed to have your delivery within 2/3 days , sent via royal mail special delivery.

Next Day UK delivery Guaranteed by 1pm- £20
You can have your order delivered by Next Day special delivery, guaranteed service by 1pm via Royal mail.

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail and will need to be signed for (this is not a Saturday guaranteed service) , and should there no one be inn to sign royal mail will leave a ‘while you where out card’ so you can arrange a re-delivery or pick up from your local post office at a time to suite.

Next Day guaranteed delivery costs £20 for any order.

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday will arrive the next day.
Orders placed after 3pm Monday to Thursday arrive in 2 days.
Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or anytime at the weekend will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Free delivery
We offer free Standard delivery on orders of £50 or more , under £50 at a flat rate of £2.99.

International Delivery
We also ship to Europe @ £10 per order, and to the rest of the world for £12, and the item/s will be sent via royal mail international signed for.
